Awarded Master's Degree

Postgraduate Title & Degree Award Prerequisites

The Interdepartmental MSc program “Applied Innovations and Digital Technologies in Healthcare” grants a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Applied Innovations and Digital Technologies in Health. Further research education is required for doctoral degree attainment.

To obtain the postgraduate degree, students must successfully attend and pass courses corresponding to credit units (ECTS) and teaching units (TU). According to the specifications of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), credit units correspond to the workload expected from students to complete a course, while teaching units correspond to the hours a course is taught weekly. The academic recognition of studies following this pattern becomes international.

For the award of the Master’s Degree, successful attendance is required, which entails the accumulation of a total of 90 ECTS credits (30 per semester of studies and 30 from the completion of the dissertation or participation in the hands-on laboratory in the last semester of studies).
